Delivery and Returns

This Delivery & Returns Policy outlines how MB Ismatyra (“Ismatyra”) manages shipping, delivery, and returns for purchases made via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Production Time

All our bridal wear is made-to-order. Standard production time ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Estimated production timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using reputable third-party couriers. All shipments include tracking numbers which will be provided once the item is dispatched. Shipping timeframes vary by destination and are in addition to the production time.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns for the following:

– Standard-size, non-customized items, returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Any item (including custom-made) with defects, damages, or errors attributable to Ismatyra.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 calendar days of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. After this period, or once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted

5. Exclusions

Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return, in accordance with EU and Lithuanian consumer protection laws, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your item. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Business Customers

Return and refund rights for business clients are handled on a case-by-case basis and may differ from consumer policies. Please refer to your commercial agreement or contact us directly.
