These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the eCommerce services provided by MB Ismatyra (hereinafter “Ismatyra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Lithuania, Telšiai. By accessing our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.

Ismatyra specializes in custom-made bridal wear. Most products are made-to-order. As such, they may not be eligible for return or cancellation except where required by applicable consumer laws.

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer (particularly for B2B or special orders). Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation where invoicing is used.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including product designs, images, and text is owned or licensed by Ismatyra and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ismatyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability in any matter shall be limited to the total price paid for the specific product or service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vilnius, Lithuania.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Business Customers

Where you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms. Separate written agreements may govern such transactions.
